YouTube Feature: InVideo Programming

I was noticing a new annotation feature on some YouTube pages. It was an almost transparent logo or thumbnail of a video. The same video appeared on all of their videos at specific times. Since HJARBLAN is a YouTube Partner channel, I wanted to see if I could do it as well. In my YouTube settings, I was able to find a setting called: InVideo Programming.

Screen Shot 2012-12-17 at 5.43.27 PMIt allowed me to upload a channel image to promote my channel on all my videos. I also have the option to feature a video instead.

Watch the following video for an example:

Question: Is this feature only for YouTube Partners?

Answer: No. My non-partner channels: makaboymedia and explodingcollab have the capability to do it as well.

Question: But why doesn’t the option show up under my settings?

Answer: Sorry, you are not special enough. Nah, just kidding. YouTube is probably rolling this new feature out gradually. Keep checking to see if you have the option in the future.
