Dream Portal is a portal software for a Simple Machines Forum (SMF). Basically, if I was to construct an online community for some sort, this is a type of Portal I would most definitely want to use.
Even though it is not released to the public yet, Dream Portal is used on its main site: http://dream-portal.net
If you go there you might see some familiar faces such as: Tyler!
Tyler is a developer for this project.
Overall, I rate Dream Portal 3 out of 5 Stars.
Reasons:
- Not yet public 
- Being serious is totally a good thing to have.. really.
-Potential for becoming something extraordinary
- Its not yet known and well basically rating it 4 is kind of over the top at this current moment.
I would like to commend all Dream Portal team members and keep up the hard work!
